Catch the Wobble
When my daughter was about five years old, I bought her a little two-wheel motorized scooter. She was all suited up—helmet, gloves, elbow and knee pads—the works. Off she went, full of excitement and confidence. At first, she did great. . .
Then she started to wobble.
“It’s okay,” I thought. “She can get control of that little wobble and straighten it out.”
But she couldn’t. The wobble grew until it took over, and before I knew it, she crashed face-first into the neighbor’s front lawn.
Our energy works the same way. When we start to lose alignment—whether it’s through stress, overthinking, or ignoring our intuition—the imbalance begins as a small wobble. If we don’t catch it early, it can spiral into overwhelm, burnout, or emotional crash.
