Module III:  ShiNing Your Light

Module III is where we really get to work to bring about change.  You will learn what to do about some of the issues you may have uncovered in earlier lessons and discover more of the beliefs about yourself and the world around you that are holding you back from really shining in the world.  This can be a difficult module for some people as we not only look at changing our inner world, but changing the people, places, and things that we surround ourselves with.

Module I:  What You Are and How You Work

Module I will provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to understand what you are and how you work.   You will become conscious of what is happening on both a physical and ethereal (spiritual/energetic) level so you can bring them into alignment with each other.  This is the balance that we talk about.  Everything is constantly changing, so we are constantly trying to find balance.  Module I will help you adapt to all the changes that occur in everyday life with greater ease and effectiveness.

  • How long does the course take, and what kind of time commitment should I expect each week?
    The full course is self-paced and includes 149 pages of worksheets and educational material plus 24 short videos. Most people spend about 1–2 hours per week going through the content and doing the exercises, and practice the principles throughout the day. You can go faster or slower—there’s no rush. This is about learning to tune in, not hustle harder.
