We’ll also examine the mind-body connection, stress, and neuroplasticity, lighting the power of thoughts and adaptability to break free from the cycles of stress and dis-ease.
Lesson 5: Suffering, the Ego, and Waking Up
In this lesson, we will embark upon a transformative journey to understand the intricacies of suffering, unravel the true nature of the ego, and awaken our inner radiance. We'll delve into the enduring emotional burdens we often carry and how our ego shapes our perception. You will discover how to harness and redirect the ego for personal growth and how to navigate the transition from victimhood to self-help to ultimately embrace your Higher-Self, where every life event serves our greater purpose.

Lesson 1: Just Breathe
Lesson 1 helps us gain a better understanding of the breath on both a biological and spiritual level and gives instruction on several different breathing exercises to calm the body and quiet the mind. The Just Sit exercise will take you through several breathing exercises so you can experience the effectiveness of the breath to help you feel more energized, loving, and centered.

Lesson I: Finding the Dirt
In lesson 1, we will explore the origins of limiting beliefs, from personal traumas to family expectations and societal pressures, and equip you with the tools to overcome them. Through self-discovery and empowerment, you will learn to recognize limitations, make conscious choices, and live a more authentic and fulfilling life as you uncover the beliefs that may have held you back and empower you to unleash your full potential.
Lesson 2: Human Energy Fields and Centers
In this lesson, we explore the chakras. These 7 primary energy centers hold the key to understanding our emotions, self-identiy, and connection to the world. The vibration of the chakras affects the biofield, or human energy field, the the impact this field has on the world around us.
Lesson 6: God, Duality, and Individuality
Lesson 6 gently guides us to explore our concept of God in a secular manner, authenticity, individuality, and universal duality. You will discover your role as an extension of Source Energy and the interconnectedness of all beings, while exploring the concept of duality and its role in personal growth and choice. Lesson 6 will provide insights into how your inner world shapes your reality allowing you to find empowerment in aligning your choices with your unique perspective.
Lesson 2: Just Sit
Lesson 2 revisits the mind/body/spirit connection and introduces us to the 3 States of Consciousness, distraction, and several methods of meditation. The Just Sit exercise will guide you through a Mindfulness Meditation and a Body Scan to help you become more acutely aware of the body and places where it is holding tension.
Lesson 3: Feelings and Emotions
Lesson 3 gently guides us to experience where feelings and emotions present in the body and to begin to identify negative emotional patterns. The difference between feelings and emotions is clarified along with information on suppressed emotions, emotional frequencies, and emotional awareness.

Lesson 2: Clean the House
In Lesson 2 we will explore the profound influence of environment on personal growth. You will learn to organize your space, choose uplifting influences, practice self-care, and surround yourself with supportive individuals. You will understand the power of declarations and affirmations in aligning beliefs and goals effectively. This lesson equips you to create a positive environment that enhances well-being and personal development.
Lesson 3: Turning on the ShiNe
In Lesson 3, we’ll dive into the world of manifestation, self-awareness, and goal setting. You will understand how to set meaningful goals that make a real difference. We'll also talk about the importance of being honest about where you are right now, staying adaptable on your journey, and how to keep natural curiosity alive to overcome any obstacles that you may encounter. You will be shown how gratitude and imagination can be the secret superpower that makes dreams a reality.
Lesson 4: Thoughts Become Things
Lesson 4 helps us to discover the intriguing connection between feelings and common cognitive distortions and how to spot and challenge these quirks of the mind. From black-and-white thinking to overgeneralization, you will acquire practical skills to identify and tackle cognitive distortions with emotional intelligence, allowing you to make better life decisions.
Module II provides us with the skills and knowledge needed to calm the body and focus the mind. We will learn how breath and meditation can help us get into a state of being where we can sculpt and create the life we desire by finding our ShiNe (Higher-self)!
Module III is where we really get to work to bring about change. We will learn what to do about some of the issues that may have been uncovered in earlier lessons and discover more of the beliefs that hold us back from really ShiNing in the world. This can be a difficult module for some people as we not only look at changing our inner world, but changing the people, places, and things that we surround ourselves with.
Lesson 4: ShiNing Bright
Lesson 4 helps us gain a better understanding of the importance of routine, and ritual and will walk you through structuring your day. In this lesson, we'll explore strategies to help you form positive habits, such as meditation and gratitude. We'll emphasize making the journey enjoyable, setting reminders, establishing routines, rewarding ourselves, and affirming progress.
